In a call to the cool climes of fall, Pulse star Francine James took a fashion journey through the fields of upstate New York to produce a stunning Bohemian chic campaign for Intermix. Surrounded by nature and dressed in some of the finest fashion labels, the Jamaican supermodel exudes elegance and beauty.

Intermix — one of the top online retailers for select designer threads — enlisted Alexander McQueen, Balmain and Isabel Marant for delicate fall-inspired print dresses, tops and pullovers. While Chloé, Gucci and Jimmy Choo lead the way with the season’s hip boots, handbags and accessories for the campaign. And with the shoot happening just a couple hours from New York City, the influence of an urban sensibility is mixed perfectly with tweed jackets, soft frills and foliage that are an ode to a bright and relaxed autumn day in the countryside.

Having come from the land of wood and water, the Kingston bred, James, took on the wanderer nature that represents what it means to be bohemian with relaxed ease on location. “I was running through fields and chilling by lakes for the shoot. It was good to get away from the city and take in the open spaces and fresh air,” said James

In what has now become customary to compliment the traditional fashion photoshoot, James is a cast of one in the film for the shoot entitled, Forever Bohemian where she encourages shoppers to be adventurous and seek new experiences to find their inner boho spirit.

The past winner of the Caribbean Model Search and L’Officiel cover girl has made multiple appearances for Vogue including the Spanish and German volumes. Among her career highlights are campaigns for Bobby Brown, Nars Cosmetics, Espirit, Tory Burch as well as editorials for Glamour, Elle, InStyle and scores more. She has wandered the globe for shoots which have taken her to Africa and Asia with mandatory assignments littered across the fashion centres in Europe and America.
