Jamaican sprinter Briana Williams has bought her first home. The 18-year-old shared the news in an Instagram post earlier today.

Williams posted, “18 and blessed! Just bought my first home,” adding a house and folded hands emoji.

She also thanked realtors, The WallStreet Group Realty for their “amazing help”.

Instagram users, including Williams’ fellow Nike athletes, congratulated the young sprinter.

“Happy for you, sis,” posted American hurdler, Daniel Ellis Roberts.

“Congrats,” commented sprinter, Teahna Daniels.

Williams, the reigning World Athletics Under-20 100m and 200m champion, is signed to Nike. She is also an ambassador for GraceKennedy and Digicel.
